This
guarantee does not apply to errors or corrections that
were contained in the clients proof, but not noted on
your approved proof form.
If for any reason you have a problem with your order, please contact your OCsigns.com representative
by e-mail, phone, fax or letter within 2 days of receipt
of your order.
At our sole option, OCsigns may elect to issue a refund
for the defective portion of your order at an incremental rate
in lieu of total replacement of the product. Additionally, OCsigns.com
will reimburse you for a normal ground return shipment
of the defective order or portion thereof. We will
notify you within 2 business days of our decision,
and if a reprint is warranted, the defective order/portion
reprint will immediately be placed into a normal production
cycle.
Since all of the products we sell are custom made, OCsigns.com's maximum liability shall be the replacement
of the defective order (or portion of the order) or
a prorated refund based on the incremental rate up
to the purchase price of the job in question.
