Acceptable File Sizes and Files
We have the capability to accept files up to 64mb on our website.
For orders, quotations and art uploads our website can accept a maximum 64mb file in the following preferred formats:
- ILLUSTRATOR: .ai .eps, and .pdf
- PHOTOSHOP: .jpg, .tif, .pdf, .png and .gif
- INDESIGN: .indd, .eps and .pdf
- COREL DRAW: .cdr and .pdf
If your file exceeds 64mb, please give our sales staff a call during operating hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) for further instructions or suggestions on how to reduce the size of your file for artwork uploads.
If your artwork consists of Microsoft files like PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word or the like, you can upload the files for review. And while the files may be admissible online, it does not guarantee that they will be compatible for any large format printing as the Microsoft software format is not intended for graphic design.
All art files uploaded and submitted to our website will first undergo and FREE print compatibility inspection by one of our talented graphic designs. For artwork that meets our high print standards and that is fit for print production will that is submitted for a quote or an order will proceed without an instance. For artwork that is below our print standards, or is deemed undesirable because of poor print quality, will incur a phone call from a sales representative to discuss options for obtaining a high-quality file or recreating your file for a minimal fee.
