Do all orders get charged tax?

Not all orders have state tax charges.

Although we produce sign products that ship all over the United States only orders originating in California will be charged tax. Since we are based in California any orders placed or shipped within the state of California will be incur the local tax rate fee. And just to clarify, if an order is placed from out-of-state but is shipped to any location within California, state tax will be charged on that order.

Tax Exemption Rules:

All tax exempt companies and organizations located outside of California won't be charged state tax. But if your company or organization is located within California you will need to furnish your Tax ID number to be able to claim any tax exemption status when placing an order with us.

Re-seller Rules:

If you are placing an order and are a certified re-seller within the state of California please alert your sales representative before approving your order. Before an order can be tax exempt, you will need to fill out a short California Resale Tax form, and furnish your re-sellers number. If you do not let your sales representative know you're a re-seller, you will be charged sales tax until you fill out our Re-seller's form and return it.
