Is there a guarantee on magnetic signs?

You are guaranteed a high-quality magnetic sign product.

We wholeheartedly stand behind our magnetic signs when it comes to craftsmanship and quality. Our magnetic signs utilize 100% American made vehicle grade magnetic sheeting that has an 85 lb. per square foot pull. We add a lamination to all our magnetic signs that also protects the print from abrasion and premature fading from the elements. Our magnetic signs are guaranteed to last at least 3 to 5 years with proper maintenance, care and installation.

Our magnetic signs are manufactured by digitally printing and laminating your design onto adhesive vinyl, and then mounting the print to our premium magnetic material sheeting. And while we may not be the cheapest magnetic sign manufacturer on the market, we guarantee that you will get a product that is worth the few extra bucks you'll pay for a lesser product. You can be assured that you will have a visually attractive magnetic sign that has been printed on high-resolution printers and mounted to superior magnetic material.

We guarantee our magnetic signs against any physical flaws upon arrival. We encourage our customers to inspect their newly purchased magnetic signs, before applying them to their vehicle, to check for any blemishes or inaccuracies. If the physical traits of your magnetic signs are in question, please give us a call right away, to discuss your qualms with the craftsmanship of the sign. In the rare case that there is a physical abnormality with your magnetic sign, do not place them on your vehicle for use until you have contacted our offices. For magnetic signs that pass a visual test without question, feel free to place them on your car and begin your foray into mobile advertising.

And while we guarantee the craftsmanship and quality of our magnetic signs, we can't guarantee against improper maintenance or installation practices that can occur once the product is received by the customer. Improper maintenance and installation can lead to magnetic sign fly-offs, which we don't cover, unless your magnetic sign is defective upon arrival. To assure that your magnetic sign is working properly, before hitting the road make sure to apply it to your vehicle and test for complete adhesion. If the magnetic sign initially sticks to your vehicle without falling off, it should not fall off on the road, unless it is installed improperly.

Improper installation includes covering door handles, door jams, vehicle emblems, raised stripes, molding or body concaves. Magnetic signs need to lay completely flat on your vehicle. Installing your magnetic sign over any of the above-mentioned vehicle conditions can result in air getting underneath the magnetic sign, which inhibits it's adhesion qualities, which can lead to fly-offs. Also, if your vehicle has any "bondo" or restorative work, be aware that a magnetic sign will not adhere to the vehicle.

Improper maintenance includes not cleaning your magnetic sign properly. We suggest that magnetic signs are cleaned frequently to remove any dust, dirt or debris build-up that can occur from continual use. Also, when your magnetic signs are not in use, store them on a flat surface to avoid any buckling. Magnetic signs are flexible, and if stored in a manner where the sign lays over an object or isn't flat, may result in the magnetic sign forming to that object which can lead to air gaps under the magnetic sign that could also lead to magnetic sign fly-off issues.
