Once your artwork is uploaded our trained professional design team will review your artwork for overall printability. If we have any concerns with your artwork, you will be contacted immediately before your job goes to print.

What types of files do you accept for upload?

The best files to use when uploading your artwork are the following: .PDF, .EPS, .AI, .JPG and .TIF. Illustrator Tips: Outline all fonts and embed all images.
Photoshop Tips: Use high resolution artwork and flatten all layers before uploading.

How long will it take to make my banner?

Once you purchase your banner and upload any artwork you might be supplying, you will receive a visual proof within 24 - 48 hours. Once you have approved your custom layout or submitted artwork, your banner goes straight into print production. Print production time is typically 2 - 4 business days, depending on the quantity of banners ordered. Your order is then promptly shipped to it's destination. Please note, we do offer a "RUSH" option when you need a banner in a hurry. And we also offer expedited shipping if necessary to make sure your banner arrives to you on time.
