Ordering your Custom Sign

How to order signs, decals or banners online....

OCSigns.com is a very unique site because we have a "Custom Sign" section allowing you to order various different custom products online; as well as two automated sections, allowing you to purchase a wide variety of personalized products, utilizing pre-designed templates that you "Design Online" and a section to order "Ready to Ship" in-stock signs and hardware.

How do I place a "Custom Sign" order online?

1. Pricing and ordering your sign.
OCSigns.com offers an assortment of custom-made product choices...Banners; Vehicle Graphics; Decals and Stickers; Large Poster Printing; Vinyl Lettering; Static Cling Decals; 3-Dimensional Lettering; Wall Graphics and Window Graphics as well as our "Design Online" and "Ready to Ship" products.
  • Choose your product according to your needs from our list of signage choices.
  • Browse through the online information relating to your chosen product to determine if that is the proper product for your needs. If you are unsure if the product you are researching is the right product for your needs, please give one of our friendly Sales Associates a call, at 714-573-9313 to assist you in your choice.
  • When you are satisfied that you have chosen the right product, simply click on the "Get Pricing" button, and you will be directed to a pricing page to complete your order.
  • Because of the custom nature of some of our products you may need to click on the "Request A Quote" button, which will direct you to a quotation form to fill in with specific information pertinent to your custom sign order, that will help our sales associates determine pricing for you and contact you via email or phone.
 
2. Uploading artwork to place an order or request a quotation.
  • Whether you are choosing a product that has direct pricing or needs a quotation, you will eventually need to upload your artwork. When you are prompted to upload your artwork, follow the upload instructions and click continue.
  • If you have no artwork to upload at all, please choose the "I don't have artwork" box and "Continue" through the ordering or quotation process.

3. Approving your Proof
  • All placed orders will receive a visual proof via email within 24 - 48 hours after providing the appropriate artwork or design information. Please note that Quotation Requests will not receive any visual proofs until an actual order is placed.
  • Please be very prudent when reviewing your visual proofs for any spelling, numbering or grammatical errors before approving your layouts. Once we receive an approval your order goes directly into print production, and in most cases, cannot be altered unless it has not yet printed.
Am I choosing the right product?

All our products pages have been designed to describe the product as well as supply pictures to give you a visual idea of the type of product you are deciding upon. The product pages also give a description of types of signage that we produce (or ideas) for that particular product. But, if you are looking into a specific product and are unsure if it is still the right product for your needs, please give us a call at (714) 573-9313 and speak with one of our highly trained sales representatives. You will reach a live person during our office hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m to 5 p.m., who will be more than willing to help you choose the product that is just right for you!

Can I request a quotation before ordering?

Absolutely!Our website has a very user-friendly quotation form that you can submit online from your home, office or on-the-go! Simply click on the "Get A Sign Quote" link at the top center of our OCSigns.com homepage. Choose the product you are seeking a quotation on and fill out all the necessary information (please submit any artwork you have that will be incorporated into your sign.) Once your quotation and artwork have been reviewed, you will receive a quotation via email.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our shipping carrier is UPS (United Parcel Service). We ship 5 days a week (excluding major holidays) to all the United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please visit our "Shipping Information" page for further details.

* Shipping on a customer's UPS Account number will incur a $5.00 boxing fee per box shipped.
* Accurate shipping information is necessary to avoid any additional fees for re-routing packages once they have shipped with the information supplied by the customer.

Do you ever refuse any orders?

As with any business, we definitely reserve the right to refuse to print any jobs that we deem offensive, indecent or that may garner legal action because of possible copyright infringement. We review each print job, on a case by case basis, and generally do not reject a print job, but in the event that Quick Signs does decline a specific job, the customer will be notified promptly.
